How to Use Sattu Kachori Masala:

🔸 For Filling (Kachori or Paratha)

  •  Take 5-6 spoons of Sattu Kachori Masala in a bowl.
  •  Add water to create a smooth paste.

🔸 For Baati/Crispy Filling

  • Mix masala with 2 spoons of oil/ghee and chopped green chillies (as per taste).

🔸 Preparing the Dough

  •  Mix 200g flour with 4-5 spoons of ghee/oil.
  •  Add water to knead a soft dough.
  •  For Baati, add a pinch of baking soda for a fluffy texture.

🔸 Stuff and Shape

  • Take a lemon-sized dough ball, make a dent in the middle, and fill it with the masala paste.
  • Seal the edges and flatten gently for Kachori or Paratha.
  • For Baati, make it slightly larger and seal as needed.

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
  • For Baati, you can also cook on embers or in a tandoor for a smoky flavor.
