It is made using potato flakes, onions flakes, black Chana and Soya granules (textured vegetable protein) mix with spices.That’s why we use soya granules and black gram to give our kababs to give it meat like texture , with more protein and nutrients than non veg kababs.Making veg high protein kababs is now too easy with our Ashok nutririch Soya Kebab mix , it is mouth-watering/ pleasing appetizer that you can easily prepare when guests are coming over at a short notice.
Make Ashok Nutririch Soya Kabab by following these simple steps :
STEP 1: Add 150ml of warm water in 100g of Ashok kabab mix, knead well and leave it for 5-7 mins until dough binds.
Make small balls and flatten then with hand to give them a kabab like shape.
STEP 2: Now you can use two methods for making these kababs -
Deep fry method-Deep fry kebabs in hot oil till crispy.
Pan fry method-Sprinkle/spray some oil in a pan and pan fry them both sides.
STEP 3: In this step we are using pan fry method with a spray of oil in pan and will pan fry them from both sides so that they turn out crispy and tasty.
And your delicious and appetising restaurant like kebabs are ready, enjoy them with green chutney or dip of your choice and with your family and friends.
